This is a very common sign that your mental health is not quite up to par.
When you seem to be lacking both physical and emotional energy without exerting any energy. Then you know that you probably need a mental health day.

It is a natural response from most people to become a bit crabby and easily irritated when you are feeling emotionally neglected. Even if you are the one doing the neglecting!

- Taking the time to cook a nice meal for yourself
- Reading a book that you’ve been meaning to get to
- Catching up on your favorite show
- Picking an old hobby back up again
- Taking a walk-in nature to soak up some sun
- Having a date night with your husband or boyfriend
These are just a few things that you can consider incorporating into your mental health day off.
All being soothing and relaxing to frazzled and over worked nerves. And hopefully these can serve as a reminder to you to take better care of yourself.
