When it comes to making your own homemade protein powder it can be very simple!

Though a homemade powder might not be as nutrient rich as the real thing it is still great to have around.

This recipe is very simple and can be easily adjusted to what you have on hand or can afford. So, get creative and make an amazing protein powder!

Begin by adding hemp seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds into a grinder. If you do not have almond seed meal you will need to add these in as well. Grinding everything into a fine powder.

Make sure everything is mixed together completely and store in a sealed jar away from direct sunlight. Try to store it in the fridge or a cool dry place. Use it within a month to avoid it spoiling.
